Go to about minute 1:00 and listen for about 45 seconds.  So what this complainant’s mom did wasn’t a crime.  But if she made these assertions under oath, it is perjury.  If she submitted this false evidence to authorities or under oath, it is a crime.

Well it’ s a good thing the complainants mother didn’t do that, or she would eventually be charged by the DA’s office (Crown Attorney’s in Canada) for misleading, false evidence. A good attorney like Patrick Kane’s would have eventually brought that up… at the right time.

I’ve known that fact about false evidence for a little over two years now. Sharp minds.

You know, this woman should have realized this eventually would have blown up in her face.

And Patrick Kane hasn’t even begun to fight back with all the ferocious force he can. And will.

This Mom may need two or three more boyfriends to help cover the legal bills that will come in the counter suits from Kane.

Lesson (and it will be  painful one): Don’t try to willfully and criminally fuck a dude over. It’s going to blow up in your God Damned face. 100%. Don’t bite off more that you can chew.

Someone asked me yesterday if I am stressed.  I said no, not really.  I am at peace now. My reflections on past are few and far between, a life back to normal, devoid for years of living in the shadow of a life built on a foundation of conflict with everyone around them, and having it slowly soak your soul in their cancerous fluids.

It pains me to see a friend take the old path so many people fall into.  Nothing anyone can do.  He is in love, following the vacuum of a failed long term relationship and wants to be a hero to his new found love’s ongoing battles, hoping that this affection is returned.

He should of all people know better, based on his profession.  For me, my joy and focus is on my child and my child only, drama was never central to my existence. I do pity the fools who try to get in the way of that reality for any man, any father who cares about his child(ren). 

To all those who are about to face cancer in it’s many forms:

Cancer can be beaten!

Cancer will be beaten!

Cancer WAS beaten!

Life isn’t short.  It’s only short if you fail to stop to smell the roses, the petunia’s and the tulips along it’s winding path!
