Strategies for Well-being

To that certain someone I spoke to yesterday.

1) Have good people around you.  Family, friends.

2) Address head on that which is deteriorating you on the inside and beware this overwhelming load which may cause  ‘cascading blackouts’ and mental failure.

Now fortunately for you, your  truly loving caring partner is interested in your well being and will stand by you through your difficult times.   

3) Don’t ignore your mental health. EVER.

4) Take care of yourself.
